FLOPAY LEGAL
Privacy Policy
How FLOPAY collects, uses, protects, and shares personal information.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 30, 2026
FLOPAY LLC ("FLOPAY," "we," "us," and "our") provides tools that help customers request and manage home services and help authorized field professionals manage assigned work. This Privacy Policy explains how FLOPAY handles personal information when you use our websites, customer application, FLOPAY Pro application, and related support services (collectively, the "Services").
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, request a service, contact support, submit a review, or use an assigned work order. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, service address, booking details, job notes, photos, and communications with FLOPAY.
To provide location-dependent features, we may collect the service location supplied by a customer. FLOPAY Pro may collect precise device location during an active assigned-job workflow, such as travel to a job site or job-site verification. Location permissions can be managed in your device settings, although turning them off can prevent location-dependent features from working.
We collect payment-status and transaction information needed to manage a booking. Card payment details are handled by the applicable payment processor; FLOPAY does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes. If a customer uses a manual payment method, we may collect payment reference information and supporting evidence submitted for verification.
We also collect device, application, diagnostic, and usage information, such as device identifiers, push-notification tokens, crash reports, and interactions needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services.
How we use information
We use personal information to create and manage accounts, process and support bookings, coordinate dispatch, communicate appointment updates, process payments and refunds, detect fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, maintain records, and improve the reliability and security of the Services.
How we share information
We share only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. For example, we may share customer contact, location, and job details with the FLOPAY field professional assigned to the booking; share information with payment processors, cloud hosting, mapping, notification, analytics, and support providers that help us operate the Services; or disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, or in connection with a business transfer.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, and security obligations, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can update certain account information in the Services and manage device permissions through your device settings. You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about our handling of personal information through FLOPAY support. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
Account deletion
You can start an account-deletion request in the FLOPAY app. We will delete or de-identify information that is not required to be retained, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, accounting, payment, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. For questions or requests about this Policy, contact FLOPAY through the support contact published in the Services.
