Service Standards

What customers and authorized field professionals can expect during a FLOPAY service visit.

Version 1.0•Effective October 5, 2026

Service Standards

Effective date: September 30, 2026

FLOPAY uses booking updates, work-order requirements, checklists, and job records to support a clear service experience. These standards describe general expectations and may vary by service type, location, and approved scope.

Before the visit

Customers should provide accurate service details, disclose relevant site conditions, and ensure lawful and safe access to the work area. The assigned FLOPAY Pro reviews the work order and follows the applicable arrival and job-site requirements.

During the visit

The FLOPAY Pro records the job status and completes required work-order steps. Where the service requires it, the Pro captures live before and after photos, completes required checklists, and records work activity. If the requested work changes, additional work or parts must follow the approval process before the expanded scope is performed or charged.

Completion

On completion, FLOPAY records the final job status and applicable service evidence. Customers can review the booking history and provide feedback. If a return visit is needed, FLOPAY will coordinate the next steps through the booking or support process.

Safety and access

FLOPAY may decline, pause, or reschedule service where conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, the requested work is outside the approved scope, or completing the work would violate law, manufacturer instructions, licensing requirements, or safety standards.
