Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FLOPAY's websites, customer application, FLOPAY Pro application, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, requesting a booking, accepting a work order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Using FLOPAY

You must provide accurate, current information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the Services only for lawful purposes. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have authority to request work at the service location and for providing safe, reasonable access to the work area. FLOPAY may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Booking, estimates, and additional work

Service availability, scheduling, pricing, and dispatch depend on location, service type, technician availability, and the details supplied for the booking. Any estimate or displayed price is subject to the booking details and applicable terms. Work outside the approved scope must be submitted as additional work and requires the customer approval required by the applicable workflow before it is performed or charged.

Payments

Customers must provide a valid payment method or complete the applicable payment process for a booking. Card transactions are processed through the available payment processor. FLOPAY may place an authorization hold where the booking flow requires it and may capture an approved amount after the applicable service-completion process. Authorizations can expire and may need to be renewed. Manual payment methods are subject to FLOPAY verification. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund information.

Service completion and concerns

Customers should review service updates and raise concerns through FLOPAY support as soon as reasonably possible. FLOPAY may use booking records, photos, checklists, communications, and payment records to investigate service or payment concerns.

Pro accounts

FLOPAY Pro is for authorized field professionals only. A Pro must use their own account, follow assigned-work-order requirements, accurately record required job information, and comply with all applicable safety, licensing, insurance, and legal obligations. FLOPAY Pro access does not create an employment relationship unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Disclaimers and limits

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. FLOPAY does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every area. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the FLOPAY support contact published in the Services.
